Pet Policy

Residents in senior housing may have one small dog (may not weigh more than 40 pounds) or cat. Residents who wish to own a dog or cat must pay a pet deposit in the amount of $300.00. The following documents are required.
  1. Evidence that the pet has been registered with the Town/local municipality.
  2. Evidence that the pet has been inoculated and spayed or neutered.

**Pet requested must be a domesticated cat or dog, is not vicious, and has not bitten, attacked, harmed or menaced anyone in the past, is disease and pest free. Residents may keep pets such as birds and fish without prior permission from Management. Rodents, lizards, snakes, rabbits, and turtles are not permitted.**
