Pet Policy

Residents are permitted to have a maximum of one pet (one cat OR one dog) with written approval from Management. The pet rent is $25.00 per month. The following documents are required.
  1. Evidence that the pet has been registered with the Town/local municipality.
  2. Evidence that the pet has been inoculated and spayed or neutered.

**Pet requested must be a domesticated cat, dog, bird, or small caged animal, is not vicious, and has not bitten, attacked, harmed or menaced anyone in the past, is disease and pest free.**
